These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Driven Real Estate | AIDRE application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

- “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.
- “Content” includes prompts, messages, inputs, outputs, files, and other material transmitted through the Service.
- “AI Output” means responses generated by automated systems which may be inaccurate or incomplete.
2. Account, Security, and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:
- Use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI Output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for verifying important information and making your own decisions.
5. Credits and Third‑Party Keys (BYOK)
The Service may use a credit system. Credits may expire and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Where supported, you may provide your own third‑party API key (“BYOK”). You are responsible for any costs, terms, and policies associated with such third‑party services.
6. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights in and to the Service. You retain rights in your Content. You grant a limited license to process your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service and users.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
